Reilly is a compassionate and psychodynamically-trained counselor who works with clients in strengthening their relationships with themselves while also tackling the unique challenges of daily life. Reilly helps clients know themselves in more profound ways by transforming the cycle of dissatisfaction to find fulfillment and inner peace, whether one is facing transitional or deeply rooted challenges. She is passionate about working alongside her clients as they make sense of their life challenges and changes. Reilly uses an integrative approach to therapy by working in the here-and-now from a psychodynamic perspective and incorporating CBT and mindfulness approaches where fitting. She strives to offer a safe and secure environment and meets clients with empathy, acceptance, and respect. Reilly works with individuals on various needs, including stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, work issues, communication skills, and more.
