Office Hours and Service Fees
  • Sage Center is available to schedule appointments weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and limited weekend hours. Call 404-419-6221 for current fee schedule.
  • Sage Center may provide premium appointments outside of normal scheduling for a variable fee structure that can be discussed upon personal inquiry.
  • Sage Center accepts cash, check, and money orders. Some therapists may accept credit cards. Please check with your therapist regarding their accepted methods of payment and payment policy.
  • Sage Center clinicians who do not provide services under insurance or managed care plans will gladly provide a receipt that you may file for any out-of-network reimbursement that may be available to you.

Appointment Cancellations
Clients are responsible for payment of missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Emergencies
Sage Center is not equipped to provide 24-hour emergency service.
In non-emergency situations, Sage Center therapists are available via telephone and voicemail. Messages are retrieved and returned within 48 business hours. Messages left on Fridays are returned on the following Monday. In the event that you experience a mental health crisis and you cannot reach your therapist by phone, contact the Georgia Crisis and Access line at 800-715-4225 or National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 (TALK).

If at any time you experience a life-threatening crisis emergency, call 911 immediately.
