Finding Calm in a COVID World
Finding Calm in a COVID World is a 6-week mindfulness-based process group related to the current struggles of responding to COVID-19. Group members will have the opportunity to learn the evidence-based benefits of mindfulness, practice mindfulness exercises, process their mindfulness journey within the group, and be provided with resources on maintaining a mindfulness practice outside of the group.
